1. Refundable and non-refundable reservations
- When booking, the user can choose between different rates:
- Refundable rate: allows cancellation within the indicated terms with a full or partial refund.
- Non-refundable rate: In case of cancellation, modification, or no-show, the amount paid will not be refunded.
2. Cancellations
- Free cancellation: if provided for by the offer, it is permitted up to the deadline indicated in the booking confirmation.
- Cancellations after the free cancellation deadline: the amount specified in the rate conditions will be charged (up to 100% of the stay).
- No-show: the full amount of the booked stay will be charged.
3. Booking changes
- Changes are subject to availability and any rate changes.
- If the new rate is higher, the customer will have to pay the difference.
4. Refunds
- Refunds, when applicable, will be processed using the same payment method used by the customer.
- Crediting times may vary depending on the bank or card network, generally from 5 to 14 working days.
5. Early departure
- In case of early departure, no refund will be provided for any unused nights.
6. Force majeure
- In the event of extraordinary events beyond the control of the client or the facility (e.g., natural disasters, health emergencies, government restrictions), it will be possible to agree:
- a voucher of the same amount to be used within 12 months, or
- a partial refund, according to the policies in force at the time of the event.
